1. Overview & Account Terms

Welcome to Backy ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using our cashback website, mobile interface, or browser services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

To register an account on Backy, you must be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction. Each user may maintain only one (1) active account.

2. Cashback Tracking & Rates

Cashback rates displayed on Backy represent estimated commissions earned on eligible purchases made through our affiliate links.

• Purchases must originate by clicking through Backy directly prior to adding items to your store shopping cart.
• Cashback does not apply to taxes, shipping fees, returns, or purchases paid with gift cards unless explicitly stated.
• Merchant partners reserve the right to validate orders before confirming cashback payout (typically 30–90 days).

3. 10% Referral Commission Program

Backy operates an Ambassador Referral Program designed to reward users who invite new smart shoppers to our platform.

• 10% Bonus Calculation: As a referrer, you receive a cash bonus equal to 10% of the net cashback commissions confirmed by your referred friends.
• 1-Year Eligibility Window: Referral bonus commissions are calculated for 365 days (1 full year) starting from the exact timestamp of your referred friend's registration.
• No Deduction to Friends: Referral bonuses are paid directly from Backy's referral pool and do not deduct any money from your friend's earnings.
• Self-Referral Prohibition: Creating duplicate accounts or referring yourself using alternative email addresses is strictly prohibited and results in immediate account forfeiture.

4. Payouts & Thresholds

Users may request payouts once their confirmed cashback balance reaches the minimum threshold of €10.00.

Available payout methods include Direct Bank Transfer (SEPA/ACH), PayPal, or Instant E-Gift Cards (Amazon, Apple, Zalando). Approved payouts are processed within 24 to 48 business hours.

5. Prohibited Conduct

Users agree not to engage in fraudulent activity, bot automation, cookie stuffing, or deceptive advertising of referral links. Accounts found engaging in prohibited conduct will be terminated immediately.
